Credits are non-transferable. Subscription credits reset monthly. One-time pack credits never expire.
You retain ownership of content you generate. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you create.
Prohibited content: You may not use AI Creative Lab to generate, distribute, or promote any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise constitutes Not Safe For Work (NSFW) material. This includes but is not limited to nudity, sexual acts, exploitation of minors, or any illegal content. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
We use automated content moderation to screen prompts. All image and video generation requests are subject to moderation checks before processing.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
